Retaliatory evictions-fail to maintain the park unless forced:
If you are looking for a place to live please don't move in here.Unfortunately no one warned me when I moved my home in here 16 years ago.I pulled a mobile home in here from WV in 2000.It cost me 5000 to move it in here.10 yrs later I took the job as property manager & worked for them 6 yrs.I tried to make a difference but all I got was screwed.First I was overworked then I was fired.After I started a tenant association they canceled my lease.
I testified for my son in an eviction case but he lost anyway.The regional manager lies like a dog. I've reported this company to many government & local agencies but they're stinking filthy rich.Everyone associated with them condones their actions or has been bought off.Unless you have a ton of money to fight these people you might not want to live here if you'd complain.To qualify to live here you fix things yourself and put up with what they choose not to fix.My advice is to stay clear of this place & pray for the ones who still live in here.This company is owned by a family who live in Greensboro NC.They own this place & approx.8000 other rental units. If I could have given them a negative 5 star I would have but the lowest score possible was a 1.By the way I am still fighting these slumlords because they appealed my case after I won. They're determined to keep their tenants in the dark about tenant rights .We were banned from all their properties except this one because we still live here until the judge decides our case.
