This apartment community was built in 1962 and has 2 stories with 50 units.

We take every resident’s concerns seriously and try our best to meet their needs whenever possible. The manager at the time of review has been gone over three years and we currently have a stellar team in place. We hope you’ll consider coming by to meet them!

We have managed this property for over 15 years and take pride in it. Please come and see for yourself our beautiful landscape, pool, and neighborhood. Feel free to talk to any resident you encounter.

Peppertree apt is a very unsafe environment. Our cars have been vandalized three times in a month. When contacted the mgmt regarding the matter they said its not their responsibility & they are not going to do anything about it. The management is very very unfriendly and non co-operative and unprofessional. We got the apartment in a very poor condition and the mgmt refuse to do any thing about it. They made several promises about fixing the place but never follow through. If we didn't have signed lease for a year we would have moved out right away. If you are considering living in this place then please reconsider, this place is not safe for ANYONE to live in.............
