Great Groomers that actually care about your pets.:
I have taken my cat to a few places to get groomed and the staff here is the most talented and professional group of people I've encountered in this industry. Everytime I pick my cat Storm up she's groomed to perfection, I always get the lion cut, and she doesnt act traumatized, like she has when she's been to other groomers. A+++++

If you really care about your pet BE AWARE!!!!:
I'm sure some people have good experiences at Pet Wash and I am happy for them. I have personally never been 100% happy.
Today I brought my cat to Pet Wash to get a lion cut. I left very specific instructions. I asked for boots and just a ball of hair left on sophia's tail. Along with some other instructions.
When I got home and took sophia out of her cage her back legs were completely shaved and her tail was shaved half way and the biggest problem was that she was limping. She was NOT limping when I dropped her off.
I called and spoke to Alex hoping that he would appologize and maybe offer an explanation for the limping and some money back as I paid $60.00 plus tip for a job NOT well done. He said that the groomer had no choice because Sophia's hair was sooo matted. "My cat's hair was NOT matted as I brush her ALL the time and get her groomed every other month. Alex was uninterested in even trying to make me feel better. (This is bad customer service). Alex got upset and said that they called me 8 times and I just wouldn't answer. He called 3 times when I was in a meeting and left a message saying that Sophia was ready. He said nothing about having to adjust her hair cut.
MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS:
Why would Alex not inform me of all the changes and problems when I picked her up??? I will tell you. Because he knows that I would not have paid for such an aweful job. I informed him that Pet Wash would be loosing my business and he did not care. This tells me that he just cares about the money. Now I have a cat that looks rediculous and is limping. Wow!
