Management Rude:
Who looks at a set of kids who lost their guinea pig (who acted weird and probably was sick for the 16 days we had her) and doesn't even say sorry about the pert before saying no refund. We couldn't get a refund anyway because my daughter want to bury her.
The regional manager resolved the issue. The Petco in general should not be held to this store's behavior.
It is a midtown thing.
