Developing countries suffer from a lack of quality healthcare due to the lack of properly trained healthcare teams. Physicians for Peace is an international, charity-driven nonprofit helping people help themselves. Over the last 25 years, we’ve built an effective model focused on providing local healthcare teams with hands-on training in areas including burn care, disabilities, maternal and child health, and surgery; enabling underserved communities to access the lifesaving healthcare they deserve.
