Horrible experience!:
DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

We're from out of state and have never been here before. We dropped off a prescription with Kathy and she helped us quickly and efficiently. But after taking it into the back, she didn't tell us how long it would be until it was ready. In Seattle, where we're from, you usually have to wait at least 30 minutes or so to get it filled, which isn't a big deal, but we thought if we had to wait, we might as well grab lunch or something. So my wife kindly asked another lady, "How long will it be?" This "lady" which we eventually found out was named Stacy, rudely shrugged her shoulders and abrasively asked, "for what!?" It's not like she was busy or helping someone, she was just standing there at the time. Then my wife said, "Just to fill the prescription, we just dropped it off." Stacy replied "I don't know, 5 minutes!?"

It really wasn't about what she said, it was HOW she said it. Her body language and attitude did all the talking. She then walked into the back room and my wife became really upset with the way she was treated. Absolutely uncalled for. What the hell is her problem?

In a few minutes, Kathy came back and checked us out. We didn't say anything more about it, but as we walked back to the car, we couldn't help but be continuously bothered by the way that Stacy treated us.

Once we drove back to the place we're staying, my wife called them back and asked for the lady with the blonde hair. Sure enough, she answered the phone and said that her name was Stacy. My wife just wanted to let her know that she was upset by the way she was treated - that she should treat people with more respect and be just be a nicer person. Stacy immediately became defensive, and the conversation didn't go well. There was never an honest apology, and in the end she even admitted that she should be nicer.

I usually never feel the need to leave a review, but I want them to know this act did not go unnoticed. They need to remember why people come to the pharmacy in the first place. Yesterday was absolutely terrible for us in the hospital, and I believe people go into this line of business to help people as well as get a paycheck. Please remember that we are all people and some struggling more than others.

Dear Stacy, please remember you are going to work and making a paycheck. I HAVE to go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription to make me feel better, it doesn't mean I want to be there either, but I'M not getting paid to go there. I was extremely upset by the way you treated me and all I wanted was a simple apology. After the conversation we had on the phone I no longer want anything from you other than for you to go into work and treat people with compassion, or at least respect. Lord knows that's all that I expected.
