This place sucks!:
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY DAMAGED MY BOAT! Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone, all you get is an answering machine and if you send an email it goes unanswered even when you send it to the owner.

I had my boat pulled out of our wet slip and the PHM morons pulled it up with our outdrive all the way down and it completely ruined our prop and outdrive. Then they hit the front of our boat (anchor/windlass) and damaged our anchor and it ripped the screws out of our teak wood. They must have hit an upright support column so hard it bent the steel anchor then they denied the entire thing yet the previous weekend the prop and anchor were in perfect condition. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE GO TO SCORPION BAY!

Poor Attitude:
Rented both dry and wet storage. Service was very middle of the road, and several policies hard to swallow. For example, If I took guests to the dinning room, my guests meals were charged at a higher rate, embarrassing and hard to explain if you split a check.

After 4 years decided to cancel, was given a very hard time, management insisted we had a year contract and must pay. Our agreement was month to month. After several exchanges, Pleasant Harbor agreed to cancel, given we did not sign a year contract. Now I am told a refund won't be issued until late February at the earliest even though we were done in November.

They Destroyed My Brand New Boat:
Unpleasant I mean, Pleasant Harbor Marina took my boat that had less than one hour on it and destroyed it. I had been paying for indoor dry stack storage, yet when they took it out of the water for me to put in storage they instead parked it in their outdoor parking lot. This caused $25,000.00 damage. I had just purchased this boat brand new for over $75K. The sun bleached the seats, warped the windshield and steering wheel. The filth was backed into the boat. I had to have the whole interior redone. I sued and depositions start next week. I will be creating a website to tell the entire story from beginning to end. I suggest that you AVOID this marina!
