Polliwog is a new retail shop offering clothing and toys for babies and young children, as well as bags, slings and accessories for their parents. Phoebe Smith Buls and Chris Raak opened the store this summer, on Belmont and 29th in South East Portland. Our daughter Hazel supplied the name, which she drew from a nursery rhyme about animals and their babies.
