My first experience with Poppin' Place came when I was looking for party favors for my childs birthday party. I spent several days contacting area popcorn stores and getting prices. When I contacted the Poppin Place, I was not only given a great price quote but was given suggestions on quanities and serving suggestions. I went in and met the owners, Daniel and Julie Crow. They allowed me to taste anything I wanted and gave me more great suggestions. They even suggested some great mixes that I would never have thought of!! It all tasted great and my party was a huge success. I really loved the great customer service. I could tell that they really cared about my parties success! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a great idea for a party, a gift or just needs a great snack!!!!

Ordered items for Christmas because store advertised "We ship the day you order or the following day." I also took the time to call before ordering online to make sure the product was in stock and available to ship immeidately. Then I paid and waited. After a week I contacted the company via email and the owner responded that my order had shipped "via Express Mail" on 12/15/08. So I waited again. When nothing arrived by 12/18 I called the company for a tracking number and spoke with Julie. She said they had been very busy with holiday business but took the time to look up a tracking number for my order. But that number turned out to be fake. It was for a shipment to an address in Hawaii (I live in MD) delivered Sept 24, 2008, according to USPS records. So I emailed again asking for a correct tracking number and started getting rude email messages from Julie Crow, owner. But never received my order.
