I was a sales rep and the top rep of the company, but when I got sick and missed some days, they were not to accomadating and terminated me, only to say after the fact that I could have or should have applied for ADA (americans with disabilities) for which I had no prior knowledge of until it was too late, but after nearly 5 years of great service from me, I was treated like a criminal, so they obviously didn't care about me, just what I could do for them.
