Preferred by Pets first opened for business in 1991. In 1994 the current owners purchased the shop and it has been family owned ever since. We have 4 active, skilled groomers who have all been properly trained in proper pet handling, behavior, safety, first aid, CPR, skin care and of course-hair styling! Our shop policy is to keep the grooming process as relaxed and stress free as possible....

In our "basic groom", we bathe and condition your pet's coat and skin, treating for fleas if necessary. Then we get him/ her completely dry, clip and/or file toe nails, and clean ears. We also tidy up face and feet, and do a "sanitary trim".
A "full groom" includes all of the above plus an all-over haircut.
"Express grooming" is offered where we work a pet straight through the grooming process...
