Beware: Premier RV Solutions Ripped Me Off:
Will seemed like such a nice guy when we spoke on the phone. He was a very slick salesman that seemed so nice and wonderful and willing to help me get into the RV that I have always dreamed of.
Once they got my $6,400 deposit the owners Kenny and Mike both called me and said that Will did not have the authority to make the deal with me that he did. They said that they would have never made such a deal with me.
I had already purchased plane tickets and spent out over $1,000 that they refuse to reimburse me. Today Tracy, Will's wife, the book keeper, manager and her Linkedin page even says that she is the owner, refused to refund my entire cash deposit to me. Today she informed me that she would only be sending me $4,500 which is almost $2,000 less than I sent them in CASH.
I should have known better than to deal with a business that only accepts cash and does not take credit cards.
Don't let these smooth talking salesmen take advantage of you too. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Of course they offered to sell me another RV after they had sold the RV that i had put the money down on. I guess someone showed up that had a pocket full of cash and they were too greedy to care about the deal that they had given me.
It's sad that a business like this has to rip people off, let alone a single parent like me. I am pretty devastated by the whole experience.
Don't make the same mistake that I did and stay far away from this company. Check the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and you will see that I am not the only one that has had a problem with this company.
Beware!
