This place is horrible:
This is how much I dont like this place. I get really fed up at some places and always say I am going to write a review but never have...but this place deserves a bad review and since I saw no reviews before signing my lease I had no idea what I was getting into. They are sellers here! They can talk the talk but cant walk the walk....
1. PARKING
They tell you when you are about to move in that the parking lot is just busy because theres so many construction workers. Thats a lie! They must be tentants because theres never any parking. Maybe a reason is because for the past 2 months there has been 2 broken down cars taking 2 of the 12 parking spaces for this 6 story building. So good luck with parking...youll learn quick you never want to go anywhere because you dont want to lose your spot!
Then when you move in they say oh yeah double park just write a note on the car with your phone number and you wont get in trouble. LIE! I got a 70something dollar parking ticket and what they had to say was "Oh that has never happened before" They didnt even offer to pay it even though it was their fault for telling me something! But then find out that was another LIE! because there has been a couple people I find out that have gotten parking tickets for double parking like they told all the tenants you can. So dont bring or depend on a car here because then there are those lovely days the people still double park, block you in and theres no phone number then say goodbye to your car till the person leaves it.
2. Locks
We have gone through three locks in three weeks. I dont know if they cant install something right or what. Right when we got our keys we made 2 cute ones for about $10 and then 4 other keys. Two days later our first lock broke, they put a new one on 5 days later. We then asked to be reinmbursed for the keys that we JUST made... they said I will ask. Well that asking never happened because there was no keys or money given back. Even if there was 3 days later...the lock broke again! 2 weeks without a top lock. Bull!
3. Young Adults.
They tell you that thers a ton of young people moving in but the place is all families! Another lie!
4. Elevator.
It smells so bad a majority of the time. I almost threw up once it smelt like fish,trash and a dead body.....ALL AT ONCE!
5. The fridge
We ordered a fridge when we moved in and was told it would be there in 2 days.....LIE! 2 days came they then said 4 more days.....LIE! 3 more days came and finally they brought it..right when I was about to leave! They had one guy there to install a fridge! Which included taking out the over and rearranging furniture just to get it in. My friend had to help the guy after I left. (thats not relevant to how bad the place is but is relevant how they treat their workers) Basically I ate out so much that week that it would have been more beneficial to buy my own fridge then rent their small fridge!
6. Girls
Be prepared for a ton of guys just hanging out around the apartments. I don't know why. But all the tie in the parking lot there is a group of guys just hanging out. Morning till evening. Every day. Dont think their workers but I dont know why they are there.
7. Before moving
There were problems before moving (I stayed because I thought it was a nice place and went through the hassle to stay here) We called Arlene every day liek 3 times a day...She never picked up her phone! And when she did she kept givign us wrong nunbers to fax the social security number to! It took 4 weeks to get approved...by the way I got approved the day I moved in. (By that time the only reason I signed the lease was because I needed a place to stay)
Anyways, I would run, and run fast!
The people that live there arent bad. They are nice and smile. But there are a ton of kids kids kids!
I can go on and on about how bad this place is. It sucks because it is a nice place and rooms. But the negatives outweigh the positive. Im assuming the reason there arent any reviews is because this may be an english site and the majority of the people in the apartments only speak spanish.... I am not sure.... but just know what they tell you are lies. I have noticed whenever there is a complaint they always turn it into that they want to help it but cant or the problem is being fixed(which it really is not)
