Not "professional" at all:
So this is what you get - staff must be picked up at the home depot parking lot - they are NOT professionals. Just because they do it for a living does not make them professionals.
1. painted rug to the wall while painting floor moldings. They just paint the molding rugit along the carpet line with no tape protection.
2. paint applied so thin you can see where they used a brush vs. a roller. Cut in areas were visible with good paint while roller areas were "see through" with light paint.
3. Painted AROUND door knobs without removing them, painted OVER electrical plugs and door latch hardware.
4. Holidays (missed spots) everywhere.
5. They do not use "blue tape" to protect surfaces, they just paint over and wipe off. This is why the carpet is stuck to the moldings. CHEAPSKATES! As a result of not using protective tape, the edges are sloppy and cover things you do not want painted.
6. They must water down paint as it barely covers, and I was painting off-white onto white, so there is no excuse. Maybe they just don't know how to put enough paint on the roller because they ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.
7. Ruined painted window sills by leaving windows open during a rain store.
8. Drips on woodwork. Nice going guys. I will have to scrape off and fix.
9. wood moldings painted so hapazardly they had to return to repaint (and successfully painted the carpet to the moldings a second time after I explicitly told them to use tape to separate the rug from the moldings). Now when my carpet is replaced it will pull off moldings and/orleave hunks of old carpet stuck to moldings.
10. painted over plastic defuser panels for overhead recessed lighting - had to be replaced by ME. PAINTED OVER FLOURESCENT TUBES.
11. OK, My 73 year old mother helped me paint a room 10 years ago and SHE did a better job.
12. I am still removing paint from Stone, Grout, and Heater panels. What a mess. Again - no TAPE to project these areas that were not to be painted.
If you hire these people you should have your head examined.
