I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE the puppies palace, but ever since they were bought out we have had nothing but bad cuts for our pom.. This past Saturday we took him in for a trim, bath, etc... he came out shaved and it cost us $60.00 ...they never called us before they shaved him to ask it was ok, and it is uneven.... I called back on Monday to complain only to be told I need to talk to Kristin the owner... Ileft my name, number and what it was regarding and I received no call back. I called to leave a message and on Tues another message, Tuesday night another message then Wednesday she called me back only to be rude, sarcastic and making excuses... I will NEVER EVER go back to that place and I strongly suggest no one else bring your animals there either. I will be going a few doors down... if it's more money for better service I will gladly pay more...

My large older dog is very fearful but just loves Puppies Palace when we take him there to get his grooming done. He acts just like he did when he was a puppy when we pick him up after his grooming! He is always so happy and playful- they take really good car of him and are very gentle with his old, arthritic bones.

Ever since this location has been bought by another owner this place has gone down hill..I suspect that abuse of the animals are being done. I have had a terrible encounter with the owner...I had to pick up my dog immediately because she was bleeding all over the place. The owner never apologized and never offered to take care of any vet bills .My dog had cut her tongue on the wire kennel in which was too small for her to be in , in the first place..in fact she made a comment saying ask the dog what happened and then smirked as if it was funny ...because obviously the dog cannot tell me that she was abused...DO NOT take your dog there anymore NEW OWNERS SUCK!

While recently vacationing in Texas, I was looking for a place to board my 8 month old puggle puppy. I found APS online. I was quite pleased with the care my puppy received. When I picked him up after 7 days of boarding he didn't want to come home with me, he would rather stay with the staff. He was boarded, groomed, and taken out to play/walk. They even taught him a few basic commands (sit, stay) he didn't know before I dropped him off and he's been much better on the leash. Thank you very much American Pet Spa!!! My puppy gives you 2 paws up, we will definitely be back!!! The Roller Family & Dexter
