One of many little side dishes that litter your thick wood table, but best as part of the cauldron-hot tofu stew. Get green onion pancakes and bulgogi with sautéed onions. Romantic and adventurous in that spicy-fermented kind of way. Clears your gut and hopefully your mind. Chef’s day-off favorite.
