Awful!:
I signed my lease for this school year and it is the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. My boyfriend lived here two years earlier and told me how bad it was, but the model looked so nice and i figured he just had issues because of bad luck. WRONG! First, lets talk about how DISGUSTING my place was the first day of move in. Me and two of my roommates from last year decided to live together in a four bedroom and get a random roommate. Little did we know she was f***ING CRAZY! I understand, not Quarry Trail's fault. Now, I have stayed in some pretty bad motels before, but this did not even compare to the place I was now supposed to call home. When my mother called to confront the issue, QT supposedly sent a text to our random roommate asking her to remove her stuff from the kitchen (She literally gave us two cabinets to put 3 people things in). She apparently never got the memo so the cleaning staff came and it wasnt moved. I was then told in order for them to clean the place, i would have to move her stuff so i did. I put it on the floor then put it all back when they were done. She threw a b@!%h fit because I had moved her stuff. So she gets me called into the office and at first they get mad at me for moving her c@!p when THEY TOLD ME TO! They do not even apologize for the disgusting place we moved into. (Even the cleaning ladies, who see some very gross stuff were gagging as they cleaned the place.) Once we get it straightened out she moves out, and it later evicted for harassing us and the other girls she moved in with after us. Okay so at this point i'm blaming our bad experience on their busy days with the new residents. Well then we put in a request to have our carpets cleaned. They are supposed to look white colored and literally looked almost brown. They come do a half a@!%s job and when we go to move our furniture, there are brown squares where they did not move stuff. We had also asked them to clean cake that had been thrown at our door before we moved in off. Instead of doing so, they leave it and try to charge us for "Gum" that we had apparently done ourselves.

Now, my roommate is a smoker. Outside, we have an ash tray. For some odd reason, the office keeps calling us trying to fine us for cig butts. We took the ash tray to the office to show them that it it the people from the two floors above and the reply we get is: "It doesnt matter if you have the ash tray, it isn't fair that we charge just one group of residents so you will all be charged." I understand it is not fair to charge just one group, considering nobody will take the blame, but if i have a dang ash tray and they are not our butts, I will not pay for that. Another issue we have been dealing with is the floor above us. When they drink, not only do they fight (and you can hear every punch and mean word), but they cannot hold their alcohol so they puke in front of their door. The problem with that is it leaks through the cracks on to our front porch. So vomit sits there and dries to our walkway because QT doesnt come clean it up and neither do the residents upstairs.

As far as the "Amenities" you hear about, forget them. The bulbs in the tanning bed have NEVER been changed, the equipment in the gym is always broken (and you cant wipe the used stuff off because there are no wipes), the "movie rental" is NEVER "updated", and you can forget not buying a parking pass because the bus never runs! The internet is a whole other animal. It is the worse wifi i have ever used. They keep making these false claims that they are fixing it, but im pretty sure they told my boyfriend the same thing when he lived here 3 years ago. If you ever have issues, dont expect them to ever get fixed. The guys who you send your work order just ride their golf cart around all day drinking beer. Seriously, you can see open cans every time they leave the golf cart unattended. Also, the office consists of college students who are totally NOT qualified to do this job and dont even know how to answer any of your questions. The last thing I will say is this, while the place looks pretty from the outside and in the model, the place you will live is not. All the other negative comments on this page I have personally encountered or have been through it with a roommate. Dont let them fool you when they say under new management either. Shes worse than the first woman. PLEASE RECONSIDER A DIFFERENT PLACE TO LIVE! you will regret living here and getting out of a lease is impossible. Trust me.

At least it looks nice.:
It looks nice, but it's not. The appliances suck. I've put in four maintenance requests for my washing machine and it has yet to be completely fixed. I just tried to go to the "24-hour" computer lab at 1:17am... the top of the door was locked and I couldn't get in using my key card. You can only get wi-fi if you buy your own router. Otherwise, you have to use an ethernet cord which can only be used in the bedrooms. Too many rules. Not worth the $555 in rent plus utilities I pay every month.
