After three months of continuous service, the customer will receive half of the monthly service fee discounted from the bill for each week that there is an algae problem. This algae guarantee excludes pools that have severe pitting, chipping, gouges in plaster or areas that are difficult to brush. All repairs are covered by a one-year guarantee regardless of service package.
