not satisfied:
I had many many visits with Dr Ray.. I had two fraxels and a micro fractional laser treatment. I am worse than when I started with him.... He will bill you and keep you coming back, whether it helps you or not.... I wanted help and he did not deliver...........I pleaded with him to help me... There has to be better docs...I felt like a cash cow...

Are Their Phones Off the Hook???:
I hear from my teenage son that he feels comfortable with Dr. Pruett. I’ve never met him. I work out of town and am a single parent, so I've been so far unable to attend either of my son's two appointments. My personal experience with Trinity Dermatology, though limited, has been nothing but negative. For some strange reason, no human being answers the phone! The very first time I scheduled his appointment, a human did answer, after pressing "1" for appointments. Since that time, to schedule a follow-up, to request help filling a prescription, to speak to the office manager, to request a note be faxed to my son's high school attendance clerk, to speak to Dr. Pruett at his request about a new medication, I have yet to speak to a human being. I must always leave a message. And my calls have been returned only once out of 4 or 5 messages left -- by the nurse's staff regarding the complicated prescription that Dr. Pruett warned my son might be very complicated and expensive -- "just call have your mom call my office if there are any problems," he said. Dr. Pruett also asked my son to have me call him regarding the new prescription he wants to put him on. I did. Three days ago. Still no call back! My son said Dr. Pruett gave us his private line so we could reach him. No he didn't. He gave us the standard phone number, the one that nobody ever answers, with an extension that the answering machine never allows me to put in. The ostensibly polite office manager, Mike, along with the quite snippy female human who works the front desk (“we ALL work,” she says as I explain why I can’t come in with my son on a day that I’ll be in Boston), both assured me that the front desk is very busy answering calls all day. I can hardly believe it! I'm nearly 50 years old and I have yet to run across any doctor's office anywhere that doesn't answer the phone more often than not. This office is the opposite. In maybe 40 or 50 times that I've tried to reach a human only to hang up when the machine tells me “all our (fill in the blank) are busy now, please leave a message”, I've gotten a human ONCE and a machine all the other times – for appointments, nurses, or billing! I thought I’d peruse their website, at their answering machine’s request, but it’s no more useful than the unanswered phone! No hours posted. No other contact numbers. No email addresses. Nothing. It’s truly unbelievable. And unsatisfactory. How does anybody stand it? And why? Are they the only gig in town?
