do a review search and find lots of story's like mine, place order over the phone and they said they had seven sets and that my order will be getting rims in 5 days, two weeks later no rims. I called them Thursday they said ready to ship on Monday. Tuesday called them and they said rims are out of stock but they will send other rims for same price at 400.00. The rims they wanted to send me was priced at 230.00 or less. I asked for refund or I will call my visa to refund, they said wait and they would send pictures of rims I can pick. I didn't want to be playing games so called my visa card n refund was given to me in 3 days. ready wheels credit department call me a wek later. that I had to do it there way to get refund, that I cant cancel when I want to0. they have rules, that there going to send me to collections n report to my credit report lol. I said I paid u in full, haha no rims no cash, he said next time to read doc singing u retard. I said my money and I pick how I want to be credited. you do what you have to and I do what I have, tried to scare me and bully me, didn't work, the 2 5 star reviews work at ready wheels.
