I do not recommend anyone to lease from Rodgers Forge Apartments. My experience has been awful, and I can not wait to get out of my lease. The management and maintenance is horrible! There is a roach infestation that the management has been ignoring. The tenants in the older apartments are completely neglected! The plumbing is terrible and we are forced to live and deal with the issues. The units are unhealthy and unsafe.. Along with terrible parking, noisey units, no privacy. I have been in the apartments for almost a year now and the management and maintenance have not done what they promised within the first 3 months of my lease. IT IS AWFUL, I do not recommend anyone with children to try to live in these conditions.
