Agree completely with HGML, except for the number of stars. As for the store and salespeople, I would give them zero stars if I could. However the product is good and well built, and unfortunately Rich's is the only place in WA that sells this type of wood stove. So one star for the stove.

Avoid this place if you are in the market for a wood stove/insert. The sales staff know less than the average person can read on a manufacturer's website.

Go with a smaller shop, that installs what they sell, and you won't be up the same creek as I found myself in.

Wonder how many tubs wakeboarder has?

Okay selection, but the prices were high and the salespeople didn't know anything nor were they of any help. I couldn't believe that I was the only customer in the store and all of them ignored me! I had to beg for information and what I got was not helpful. I'm glad "wakeboarder" had a better experience - at all five locations.

I love my Caldera hot tub. The wife and kids love it even more. The delivery guys were on time and courteous. Now my wife wants to get a new patio furniture set.
