Rita Electrolysis Clinic

Since 2008, Rita's Electrolysis Clinic has been providing Electrolysis And Epilatory Services from Westlake.

I purchased a Groupon for services with this 'clinic' but unfortunately I never got to use it. The number on the Groupon is to someone named Ann Marie. Ann Marie does not answer her phone, ever, and she also does not return calls. I did get someone to pick up once but they immediately hung up without saying anything. Since I couldn't get ahold of anyone, I decided to look up the number directly to the 'clinic' to try and schedule my appointment. I called 440-835-1047 (the number listed on the clinics website). She answered "Hello" rather than with the business name. I asked if I had reached Ritas clinic or if I had the wrong number. The woman on the phone somehow knew I was calling about the groupon and said she gets 40 calls a day about it (I assume many other people have done the same thing as I have). I told her I couldn't get ahold of anyone and again asked if I had the wrong number, thinking google had the wrong number listed. She said "YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO GOOGLE IT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE GROUPON!!!" I told her I DID call the number on the groupon and no one calls back. She told me to just keep trying. I asked who she was, and she hung up on me.
Regardless of her reasoning, her nasty and unprofessional attitude was not warranted as I was just confused and I always make it a point to be very nice to people in customer service. I recommend not giving this woman a dime of your money. After reading the other review on yelp about how she made another customer cry, I'm not surprised this is the treatment I received.
