A great overall experience! From our first meeting in December to the completed work in February, Jo (our sales rep) and Riverchase were very professional and knowledgeable about wood flooring and carpet. The flooring I selected was a new product that required additional order and shipping time. Once in the warehouse, the installation was quickly scheduled. The stairs with bull nose edges are smooth and the main floor is even. The carpet is Berber which can be difficult to install. The carpet installers were friendly, efficient and performed outstanding work. When movers damaged the new stairs, Jo arranged for replacement treads. My home was transformed from average to beautiful thanks to Jo's exceptional service and Riverchase's extensive product offerings.
