Riviera West Apartments

The "manager" is about as unprofessional and racist as they come. I have personally seen her cuss people out and use racist remarks about tenants. She has come on property after hours to start physical fights with tenants and called her a n#$%*@ lover. The apartments are falling apart and they maintenance crew is understaffed to keep up with the problems. I myself am currently speaking with a lawyer about an issue we are having here. The "security guard" is a joke all he does is harass tenants and make life miserable! I would definitely suggest that you take your money else where if you want to feel happy and safe in your own home!!!

Here is a review Riviera West posted about their apartments. In parentheses is what my experience has been.

* Air Conditioning (if you are lucky your unit will work)

* Balcony/Patio (with incomplete or unstable railing)

* Dishwasher (in some units when they break down they just pull them out)

* View (when I look out my back window I can see condemned apartments)
* Clubhouse (sure if you want to go and hang out with the totally unprofessional people that "work" here)

* Emergency Maint. (sometimes when you can reach them)

* Laundry Facility (is completely inoperable and has been for about a year)

* Swimming Pool (is coming up out of the ground and is a safety hazard)

* On-Site Security (who will harass you simply because you have children and good luck getting him to help with an emergency)
