Terrible!!!! I bought a 55" from them and it stopped working in 3 hours. It took two weeks for them to make good and they tried to rip me off .They don't know what a smart TV even is. I have never heard a good thing about the place. Stay away or they will try to rip you off too!!!

Two and a half weeks to fix a refrigerator? Are you kidding me? A broken fridge should be a top priority and not something you have to wait 4 days to even get them to come out. Then after a week (part was supposed to be in in 4 days - yeah right!) I called and the part had just been shipped the day before and "someone will call you later to schedule the repair". I had to call THEM back and then they could not find my paperwork. Then ANOTHER 4 day wait for them to come back. Seriously? LG needs to get another authorized repair service in this area. The actual repair took 5 minutes (not counting the 2 1/2 weeks).

Unreliable and incompetant. Twice I had appointments scheduled and they just don't show up.
