It's not my plan to buy a rug on the day when I walked into Rugco, but I was impressed by the professional knowledge and artistic taste for the interior design of Nia (it turned out he was licensed Interior designer, but using his speciality here for free).
Instead of pursuing me to buy something, he was honest and told me that he couldn't give me his best opinion until he visited my home. He sent two rugs (for my dinner and bed rooms) for me to try after his visit--no pressure for purchasing anything. He would take them back free of charge if I didn’t like them.
However, once these two beautiful and plushy rugs are in place, the look and atmosphere of my house has changed instantly! Although I spent good money on them, the investment is worthwhile. I'm happy to look at them every day.
I'll be glad to recommend Rugco to all my friends who need the rugs.
