I thought I would go ahead and write a review and tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with this dealership. My service person was great. My car is currently at the dealership being worked on. They have kept me apprised through the process. Even though I was a costly repair they explained it to me making sure that I was educated on what I was about to pay for. It is a very good feeling that you have an employee that goes above and beyond his normal process. You do not see customer service anymore so it is a welcomed relief to see that some business do still have it and are willing to just do the right thing. I realize you are his supervisor so please know that you are very lucky to have an employee that is willing to go the extra mile. I have had all of my work on my wife's car done at your dealership, I hope to purchase a new car from your dealership in the near future. I can only hope that the customer service is the same in your sales department.

I have been getting cars repaired for over 35 years and the Caton Avenue location is my absolute favorite. The staff remembers my name and I receive a very warm greeting when I call and upon my arrival. I have recommended the Caton Avenue location to everyone that I know with a Toyota. I am a coupon clipper and I take advantage of the coupon flyer when service is needed. It is necessary for me because the repairs are very expensive.
