I have been going here for 4 1/2 years. My wife wanted to cancel her membership.
They wouldn't return the multiple calls and when she showed up in person to cancel was treated poorly by the general manager Nick Tardibuono.
The turnover of staff is VERY HIGH. They have gone through 4 general managers and at least 2 dozen trainers since I have been there.
The place is starting to look a bit worn and the high rate of turn over makes it less friendly than they represent.
Also very over priced, if you can pay as much as they are asking try lifetime fitness. They are a bit more but offer much more.
I will be looking at changing very soon.
