Horrible experience with billing dept:
My husband went there for an urgent treatment for work related injury a year and a half ago,. I received a bill from there which should have been covered by L&I, I have already made around 10 phone calls to the clinics billing department and to L&I, to this day the bill is still pending and nothing has been resolved. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Will never go back to them.
