Comfortable and not stuffy! Salons can be a very intimidating place for some so to be greeted by everyone i made eye contact with in the salon was a pleasant surprise. The coffee and hot chocolate was a nice gesture to indulge in as i watched the interaction in this location. The staff is not afraid of being funky with hair and looks but still carries class and proper business management. My new stylist Jen calmed my nerves and understood what it was i wanted with my hair. She gave me just that but better! She is artistic and funky personally yet very professional and skilled.She is accomodating with her schedule which is a big plus considering mine is always changing. I highly reccommend experiencing a color,cut,or facial with Jen. I finally can say i always leave this salon feeling better and not as if i wasted money.
