Bryan Butler and Ben Runkle have moved from the HOPE Farmers' Market to this East Austin brick-and-mortar stocked with even more umami-inducing sausages and meats, all made using traditional techniques; they also offer canned pickles, relishes and jams made with seasonal ingredients.
