Appliance Does Not Work:
I purchase a used gas range from Sam's Appliance 12/12/ 2012 for my rental unit. I was informed that a ninety day warranty came with purchase and the 90 days were circle on my receipt. After installation the oven fail to work. I call the appliance store and was told no problem they would send a repairmen out. I had my tenant to call and schedule as I did not know her schedule. However, my tenant inform me that several appointments were made with Sam's Appliance but the repair person did not keep any of them. I then call the company myself and got a voice mail informing me that the voice mail was full. It is now 3 days before Christmas and my tenant is unable to prepare Christmas dinner for her family. I shall try to contact them again Monday, I will updated this post when and if the problem is resolved.
