When "it's 2 AM and you need that Thai fix", these separately owned spots in East and North Hollywood are "open after the clubs close" offering "filling", "flavorful" grub; perhaps service is "meh" and decor "needs help" but the "cops, hipsters and locals" that cram in don't seem to care.
