SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. We have been doing this for nearly 50 years.

Nationally SCORE’s 370 chapters are a 100% all-volunteer, non-profit 501(C) organization with over 13,000 members that was founded in 1964. SCORE is an acronym that stands for Service Corp of Retired Executives, however it is rarely used in that manner since most members now are either semi-retired or working executives and managers who want to give back to their business community.
