Scottie's Smokehouse BBQ

Scottie's smokes all of their meats after letting them sit overnight in Scottie's own meat rub. They are then smoked with a combination of woods to give them their own unique flavor.
Scottie's uses a Southern Pride smoker that creates this great smoky flavor in an old and traditional style only found at Scottie's.

Each side is made fresh and made from scratch out of Scottie's own recipe book.
