Description

Executive Chef David Holben brings magic to this restaurant located in the atrium of the Dallas Museum of Art . The space is only open for lunch on weekdays and Sunday. Otherwise it can be reserved for special events. Contemporary, museum-quality furnishings complement the surroundings. House favorites include Chilean Sea Bass, Tempura Shrimp, Smoked Beef Tenderloin and Persimmon Ice Cream.

One would expect a museum restaurant to be a beautiful place, and Seventeen Seventeen more than meets expectations. And the food is as lovely as the décor, the only drawback is that it’s open only during the week for lunch. Salmon roasted on a cedar plank, pork chop stuffed with prosciutto, and the fajita sandwich served on a Japanese bun are some of the better items on the seasonally changing ...
