Not only is this place a filthy pigsty, but the male owner is arrogant, rude and condescending. I took my schnauzer to them and tried to explain how I wanted him cut. The owner became very argumentative and stubborn about how I wanted my dog to be cut. When I went to pick up my dog I saw the exact opposite of what I had asked for. They butchered his beard, shaved his furnishings all the way down, and left his one of his eyebrows twice as long as the other. On top of all that...the idiot groomer used a hot blade without lubrication on him that left my dog with razor burn all over the inside of his hindquarters and private parts. It was so bad that he now has scars on the inside of his legs. I don't know how anyone could recommend this disgusting place.
