Very nice ladies but the grooming was not 100% Nail clipping needs to be done better; I'm not interested in going back in 2 weeks because the nails weren't clipped anywere near close enough. (Yes, I do know quite a bit about nail clipping since I've been getting dogs groomed for 40 years.)
My dog seemed happy enough but I wasn't thrilled with the messy, lots of dogs running around environment. One plus though: my dog was so tired by all the excitment, that I had a very peaceful evening.
Try Shannon's for yourself; it's okay and they do seem to love the dogs and cats.
My dog would be happy enough to go go back, but I'm not so sure I am. By the the way, for all its slightly grubby, casual atmosphere, this place is no cheaper than more polished and efficient places like Rauls in Redwood City.
