Shiflett and Horn was established in 1972. It has remained a family owned business serving the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

This outfit came to our school to sell lettermen jackets. The owner was rude to the parents and kids. They could not put more than two sports on the jacket and were higher than everyone else in town. Would not recommend.
