Sierra Motors Jamestown, Terrible Service Department - During my experiences with the Sierra Motors service department I have come the conclusion that several of their service reps are very non-professional and very rude. They also do not like to do multiple warranty work on a vehicle as it doesn't benefit them $ wise. As well as not actually being able to fix my problem after several attempts I would also conclude that their technicians in my particular area of problem (steering) were not up to par. I should also note before I took my vehicle to Sierra Motors I spoke to several local friends and mentioned I was taking it in. All of them said and I quote “I wouldn’t take your car there”. I took their comments and tried for myself and as you can see my experience was horrible. I will be writing a letter to the dealership owner informing him of his service department if he happens to care about my 2 cents.
