Great idea. Snag an old diner, you know, formica tables, lots of vinyl. Bring in a chef who knows his ratatouille from his ramen. Add a bar with fancy drinks and an event space where you book hipster acts (Yo Santigold from Brooklyn!) and viola. A bar/club/restaurant/diner type, er...thing.
