They broke it and now I have to pay to fix it!!!:
A year ago I had a small problem with my carb float, I couldn't figure it out and I took it to Skunk. They fixed that lil problem but after driving for a whole10 miles the whole motor locked up. I took it back to them and they found out the carb backing bolts came loose from the backing plate and went down into the top end. This took out the whole top and bottom end and the whole motor was shot. They said they didn't take the carb off to get to the float bowl and it was my fault.Not sure how that can be done but they said was my fault and not their problem. After a lengthy and heated discussion and legal chat, they offered to do the labor of $300 /- on a estimated $3500.00 bill. They said it wasn't their fault and nothing more they would do and take it or leave it. I took it to another shop and 6K later I got it back. You be the judge of CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED!
