Horrible place:
THEY SHOULD GET NO STARTS!!! This place is AWFUL! I was there on Sunday gave my keys to one of the employees. The was was taking forever so I step out to see what is going on and I fund the Manger, MR Lee trying to GLUE my rear-view mirror, that they broke back on the windshield without even telling me anything first!
So then he says that they are trying to fix it for the mean time so I can leave and to provide my info to make arrangements and get it fixed. I send the estimate as I was asked and the next day I get a voicemail from someone else, letting me know that they will not cover the expenses for the repair, but they do want to give me a detailed car wash for the trouble valued at $350. The replacement of the windshield is $1500!!! How do you take responsibility and then take it back?
I tried to call and emailed the guy many times, he wouldn't even take the calls and kept referring me to another manger who agreed that they needed to pay and asked me to call Mr Lee and talk to him directly. Today, he cowardly said that he was not going to be responsible for it, denied the fact that I was never told that my car was damaged until I saw HIM trying to glue the mirror back.
I am appalled by their lack of customer service. I will report them to the Best Business Bureau and I encourage other who have had a bad experience with them to do the same. It is just not fair.
