Needed someone to fix my fridge. It was after 5 when i called these guys. the woman who answered was nice to talk to. she knew enough about refrigerators to answer my questions. i was surprised she was not a repair woman. the repair men came to my home and were able to fix it the same night.
its been about a month now, my fridge is still working. The people that work for Sound put me at ease, did a great job, and the price wasn't too bad. I am more than satisfied. I would most definitely use them again.
