"Tucked away" in China Basin, this bistro "calls Paris to mind" with its "simple, affordable and authentic" "French cuisine" served in a "low-key" atmosphere that's "intimate enough to have a conversation"; service is just "adequate", but the lovely parkside location is a plus at this "old classic" that's still considered a "neighborhood gem."
