The staff was more afraid my dog (who has NEVER been the least aggressive) was going to bite them than in taking care of her. They did not want me to touch her or assist in her treatment. They gave antibiotics, but did not do a culture and she wound up getting worse, so I took her to another vet who is working on the cause of the problem. They treated her like a dog instead of the precious member of our family that she is.
