They save me $300 on a repair!:
I took my vacuum to another dealer and they said I needed a motor for over $350, so I got another opinion and South Shore Vacuum changed a valve for only $50 and now my vacuum works like new. I will be a returning customer for sure!
Incompetent at best, dishonest at worst.:
The worst customer service experience I've had in the Greater Boston area. We brought our Dyson vacuum in for service. They said it couldn't be fixed on-site and would have to go back to Dyson for service. We followed up several times as the weeks turned into months. Finally, after several months of repeatedly hearing that Dyson hadn't yet returned it to them, we called Dyson directly to find out what the hold up was. Turned out South Shore Vacuum HAD NEVER EVEN SENT OUR VACUUM BACK TO DYSON. But they never mentioned this to us during any of our numerous follow up phone calls. Dyson was great, sent us a brand new vacuum without ever even seeing our broken one (which apparently is still gathering dust at South Shore Vacuum...)
