They never even showed up:
I took off from work to have termite treatment. I made the appointment over two weeks in advance. They did not even show up. At 3:30 the day of the appointment, I called to see what was going on. I was told, the tech tried to call you at 11am to say he could not make it (how did he know at 11am in the morning that he would be too busy???). I never received a phone call. The person I spoke with told me that the tech had called the wrong number, even though they had called me 6 times prior to that in the previous two weeks. So he said he would call the tech to see what they could do, and call me right back. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL DAYS LATER. And I am a repeat customer (but, they were calling the wrong number). If they treat a regular customer like this, imagine how they must treat new customers. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SOUTHERN PEST CONTROL AGAIN.
