I bought a used transmission from Ed at Southside Auto Parts. Ed said the transmission had less than 70,000 miles on it. When the transmission arrived, it was greasy, full of oil, and the case had been broken and rewelded, parts were missing, and it obviously had been dismantled and poorly reassembled. I called Ed and he agreed to take it back. However, after Southside Auto Parts received the transmission, they refused to refund my money. I would not recommend buying parts from this shady dealer. Ed is obviously a thief with no morals. Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere.
